2-day Classic Ha Giang by Vehicle or by motorcycle (Homestay)

After breakfast, we will start our ride from Ha Giang city to Quan Ba town.  Along the way, you can enjoy the incredible view of Minh Tan village and Bac Sum Pass. Riding a motorbike along this way, you will be treated with the boundless natural landscapes while enjoying the cool and refreshing air. Passing over Bac Sum Pass, you will reach Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate which is located about 50 km north of Ha Giang city. You will be impressed by the beautiful legend about Twin Mountains surrounded by terraced rice fields. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to Yen Minh town and some spectacular passes as Tham Ma Pass and 9 circle Pass. They are challenging for riders, but in return, you will be rewarded with the breathtaking views. You will also know how people live in more remote parts of Ha Giang when we drive through the villages of Pho Cao and Sung La. Finally, we will go to to Sa Phin village to visit Hmong King palace with gigantic size as well as magnificence and unique design. We stay overnight at a homestay in Dong Van old town.

We begin our journey today with a visit to the Fortress of French built in 1890 and evacuated in 1945 in Dong Van town, from which we enjoy a spectacular view of the entire region. Along the way, we will make few stops for admiring the scenery and taking some photos of the Ma Pi Leng pass- the most hazardous road section in the Dong Van Karst Plateau, where the terrain is exceptionally steep, rugged and rocky. There will be a lot of things to discover about the life and culture of local people in Lung Ho, Duong Thuong and especially, the traditional brocade weaving craft in Lung Tam village. You can learn how they weave and dye fabric from hemp plant to make the local brocade products with traditional patterns and colours of the Mong ethnic people. We then continue the scenic ride back to Ha Giang where the tour ends around 6:00 p.m
